Delivery Charges:
All items come with free delivery via poslaju except for the following unless combine shipping with those items that comes with free delivery charges. A flat rate of RM7 will be charged:

COD or Pick-up
Should you prefer to self pick-up, we are only able to deliver the items at our convenient time to the following:
- Jusco Cheras Selatan
- Metropoint Kajang
- PKNS Bandar Baru Bangi
- Alamanda Putrajaya
- Cyberjaya - Old Town White Coffee
If item is lost in shipment, full refund will be issued. If tracking shows delivered, and buyers claims item not received, we will not be responsible for such occurance. Proof of delivery to the address will be submitted, and buyer has to claim from Pos Laju personally.
If item is not claimed and returned to us, and should another delivery is needed, buyer is liable to pay for the second delivery charges.
Installments Plan
We do accept an installment up to 3x for items above RM600 and 2x installment for item with the price of RM400 - RM500. Please take note that the itme will only be sent to you once full settlements have been made. Of course, there's an exception to those that we really know in person of which you make take the item upon first installment.
Urgent terms & conditions of purchase:
Payments made are all final, no refund will be entertained should you decided to back out. Items purchased can't be returned as we ensure that the piece you bought are thoroughly checked with no flaws.
We will not entertain your doubts of our authenticity as we purchased from high-end store in US with guaranteed authenticity. Hence, pls decide before you commit as we do not have time to worry about what you may think or what your friend may comment. Again, we do not sell AAA or 1:1 quality or in other words FAKE item. All our pieces are genuine. We bought all of our items from a reputable stores in USA. Only those who really wear genuine items would know how it feels and like wise.....
Booking policy
Should you are interested in buying any of the items published on SSH website/facebook pages and you are running out of budget for that particular month. We understand your situation and will be able to help you reserve the item up to 3 months with a minimal booking fees of RM50. However, should you fail to make full settlements on the third month, we will not be able to hold the item for you and deposit paid will be forfeited. This is fair for us as we might lost a potential buyer that might be interested to buy the same item booked by you within that period.
